The maintenance section deals with projects in the following areas.

	Day to day maintenance
	24hr Emergency response
	Contract Maintenance
	Gas Servicing Electrical Servicing
	Drain Clearence

All other departments of the TOPCOAT organisation are available to support the maintenance section.

Day to Day Maintenance.

These works are carried out by a professional team, who are familiar with the very specific requirements detailed in the tender documents. The response time laid down in the tenants charter is adhered to and an emergency out of hours service provided.

Building works.

Building projects to the value of £5000 are carried out by the maintenance section. A site supervisor is allocated to each individual contract, with responsibility to report to a visiting contracts manager who in turn is responsible for a number of individual contracts.

Site supervision and control.

Each site is under the control of a directly employed supervisor, who ensures that all operations are carried out in accordance with our stringent health and safety and quality control procedures.
